The Last Mile (UK), Berlin Veranstaltet Arbeit (Germany), Voucher on Stage (Italy) and TARU (Finland) have signed an agreement of transnational co-operation under the Equal Programme funded by the European Social Fund. The purpose of this AVC seminar is to identify some milestones in media development in Finland in order to obtain useful ideas for the future co-operation of the transnational partners in 2005-2007.
